I will start by telling you that Superior House Wash (Theron) returned my request for a quote on the same day it was requested. He kept great communications before and after the wash. He offered to come back if I was not happy and after a couple of days he contacted me to see if I was satisfied. He was friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done, what to expect and took great care in the way he washed the siding and protecting the plants, shrubs etc. He was honest with me in explaining the need and his concerns. He did a small patch of cleaning to show me what to expect and if I was unhappy with that or had concerns he would understand if I wanted to cancel - no charge. Out of 4 businesses I called, 2 never responded. One came to give an estimate and complained how busy he is and gave an estimate of 500 dollars for my house which is 1 level 2250 sg ft. Superior was more than half that And did a great job. A very respectful young man and honest. I felt that he cared about my house as if it was his own. WOW!!
