We prefer to get aquainted and see the job beforehand. There are several reasons for this. Not all jobs are the same and we want to give you the best advice and the best result possible. We are not trying to inconvenience you. Just the opposite. We don't mind spending the extra time up front. That time is FREE to you. We just like to be prepared and get it right the first time.

It is best that we know exactly what will be needed before arriving on the job.

We try to avoid some unexpected factors that may prevent us from doing the job once we arrive. In such a case it would be a disappontment for you and the waste of a service window for us. For instance, maybe the condition of your roof is such that we would not even recommend you use our service. Maybe your siding is worn to a point that we know you would be disapponted by the result. We don't like to turn down business but would never advise you to clean a roof or siding that is in serious need of replacement.

If you insist, we could give you a Phone Estimate but it would not be firm until we arrive and confirm that everything is as it was assumed by us and described by you. Measurements may be wrong. Maybe there is a particular stain that needs special treatment. Lots of variables.

But when we give an on-site Estimate it is considered a Firm Price. No surprises.
