House Washing
We wash virtually all exterior sidings and surfaces. Vinyl, aluminum, stucco, wood, brick, concrete, etc. Gutters, decks, patios, driveways, sidewalks, etc. All surfaces, painted or otherwise, need periodic cleaning to remove surface oils and stains, insecticides, pollutants and growth from algae, mold and mildew, to prolong the life span of the surface as well as to keep it looking nice and fresh. The goal is to help prevent deterioration and maintain beauty.
Siding
Vinyl siding is a LOW maintenance product because it will not rot, dent or scratch under normal conditions. It is NOT a NO maintenance product. In reality it needs periodic cleaning for the reasons mentioned above. Vinyl can also oxidize and become chalky. It does not last forever but cleaning can definitely help prolong its life and beauty. Whenever possible, we use our low pressure washing methods. This greatly reduces the chance of damage from high pressure and has other benefits that we will be happy to discuss when you contact us for a .
Aluminum siding also needs periodic cleaning. The normal life span of aluminum siding is about 20 years. It is a painted surface and will become chalky and thin over time. Aluminum siding can be painted and often is. Sometimes cleaning will wind up being the first step before painting. We can advise and tell you of the results you might expect. We would rather not do the job than elevate your expectations and have you disappointed later.
Painted surfaces need cleaning too. It is important to wash siding before repainting. Paint does not stick to dirt very well and may wind up becoming a form of muddy paint as it is applied. Your results will be much better if you start with a nice, clean surface to apply your finish to.
Stucco, Brick and Masonry can also be cleaned effectively. When giving a Free Estimate, we always evaluate the surface and advise you. This is especially important if you have Artificial Stucco. Normal stucco, brick and masonry are usually not a problem. You probabably forgot what color it originally was. We can change that.
Our custom cleaning formulas make all the difference. We use commerial grade formulas that are blended on the job to provide the specific ingredients needed for each application. No two jobs or surfaces are the same. Neither are our formulas. Each is custom blended based on a number of factors like types of stains, temperature and surface type to be cleaned.
Gutters
We can provide gutter clean out of leaves and debris. We can also clean the black streaks and stains on the outside. Bright, clean gutters can make a big difference to the curb appeal of your home. These services can be provided separately or as part of another service. For instance, gutter stain removal would usually be done with a house wash.
Wood Decks and Fences
Deck turned gray? Remember the look of fresh wood it once had? We can bring back the color and prepare it for resealing or staining. I'm sorry, we do not do staining. Discoloration and dirt, along with algae, mold and mildew build up, will take its toll on appearance and contibute to deterioration of the wood. Cleaning and protection are vital. There is no bad time to do your deck or fence. Doing it in the spring or summer gives you a chance to enjoy it longer. Doing it in the fall, helps protect it from the ravages of winter and you start right out enjoying it in the spring.
Have a really tough job? We have talked alot about low pressure washing because it is very effective and the safest method for your property. It is in your best interest that we try gentle pressure first. We use low pressure whenever possible but we are not limited at all. If the surface requires it, we have all the horse power needed. Don't let the fact we specialize in residential washing fool you. We use commercial grade equipment and cleaning formulas. Our commercial grade, high volume, equipment will provide up to 3500 psi to handle the toughest jobs. Together with our custom formulas, that's plenty of pressure!
We presume you don't want to cut steel in half. If so, we can refer you to someone. ; )
